Weekly Focus: Daily Breakfast

As you can tell, I’ve been keeping a food diary - and I’ve done really well in keeping track so far. And this is the first time in my life I have ever kept a food diary for more than one day.
I’m really trying to figure out the best way to make a proper schedule for eating that goes well with my own class schedule (and other activities). I know how important it is to have breakfast - and honestly, I feel better when I do eat it.
So this week I’m focusing on having breakfast everyday - whether it be fruit, yogurt, a muffin, toast, hard boiled eggs. I already have eggs boiled for the week ahead. And I’m going to be working on getting up earlier to allow myself time to eat something proper for breakfast.
Side note: I managed to hit the treadmill for 15-20 minutes everyday this week minus Friday and today! Very exciting. I’m looking forward to beginning with my personal trainer soon.
