So this blogging thing...
Is something I’m pretty terrible at. I keep wanting to make these massive posts about my progress (which one is certainly do) but I’m thinking smaller little updates are easier for me. So I’m planning on a huge update on my first 3 weeks with my trainer later on today …I’ve got it about half way done already… and then I’ll probably post little blurbs here...

I think I’m thoroughly afraid of the pain I’m going to be into tomorrow during my workout. After the lunges and squats I did yesterday - I could barely walk today. Here’s hoping my leg muscles feel better in the morning!
